Monolog provides a platform for recording, transcribing, and organizing personal memories through phone calls and AI-powered technology. The service includes voice recording, transcription, AI analysis, and digital storage of your content.
User Accounts
To use Monolog, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Providing accurate and current information
User Content and Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create through Monolog, including your voice recordings, transcripts, and personal stories. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store and process your content to provide the service
- Use AI and machine learning to transcribe and organize your content
- Create backups for data protection purposes
We will never use your personal content for marketing purposes or share it with third parties without your explicit consent.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
